In my opinion, best glue stick available.

I personally find this to be the very best type of glue stick there is. The price denotes a step up from your average grade-school quality, and with good reason. I have never used this, only to have it dry on the paper and have pieces falling off the project. Somehow, it maintains its some of the new, elasticity type reaction and keeps the projects that you spend our time and energy on in good shape. I was very good to find this on Amazon Prime...now I will have a constant source as its not always readily available at departments stores and is more expensive at specialty stores.

NOT worth the money. The UHU stic is great that we usually buy, but these are about one quarter of the size even though the same brand. We did not realize they came in much small stics. These will not last long. It will wear down much more quickly than the larger/normal ones that we purchase. .At over $ 1 each for this small size it is way expensive and not worth it. .Regret this purchase.
Works well but wears down very quickly.

I bought this for art journaling because I had heard that it is much better than the brands that are more easily available. It does stick well, that's true. But at the expense of using up a lot for each application. It wears down much more quickly than the other brands I've tried.

Excellent price on a wonderful, high quality product. I have been using UHU glue sticks for art journaling for a couple years now and love the strength of the bond it gives. I was skeptical that this might be a knock off because of the price...I got a dozen .29 oz sticks for the price of one .74 oz stick at the local hobby shop! It is the original product made in Germany and I tested it as soon as I got it because a few reviews said it had a weak bond, but I didn't have that problem. There IS a perfume smell to these that I have never encountered in UHU glue sticks before so that may be a reformulation on the company's part. These are small sticks but they fit perfectly in a travel bag for sticking little bits and bobs in a journal or scrapbook (about the size of a roll of mints). If you tend to forget to recap your glue sticks.....these are for you.

Hands down the best glue stick there is, no other brand comes even close to how clean and efficient the UHU stic is. Having 12 sticks per pack is great value, because in addition to having them at home and work, I can now keep a stic in the pocket of each of my bags. It is invaluable. Take for instance, a scenario where I might be travelling and come across a sad little poster with frayed edges thats peeling off... Hurrah!!! Sad little poster no more, now perfect edges galore!
