less than a stout piece of wood

this is not a piece of hardwood, its a laminate made with (I guess) whatever wood they claim it is. its very light and the handle is aimed at smaller hands, I can not grip it comfortably, I have to use a loose 3 finger grip. I had planned on using this as my primary cane and the ugly metal cane I have now was going to be a reserve but I will continue using the metal one. on the plus side, because of its light weight and uniform unbroken girth it will be very easy to carry on my scooter with a couple bungee cords. 3 stars for being functional.

Ordered from one of amazons direct suppliers as it was 7.74 and included free shipping at this price, it was shipped from CA to PA via UPS for this price and it arrived in 5 days, cane is laminated wood and has a few thin and a few thick stripes, very strong and light, has a 1 3/4 inch rubber tip that has a steel tip inside, had a glass finish and us 36 inches long, handle is just a little slick, but this has to be the buy of the century at this price versus the quality, 5 stars, still can't believe the price plus free shipping,
Sturdy Cane

I was hesitant to get a cane. I am thrilled that I purchased this item. It is the perfect size for me. It is sturdy and seems to help ease my knee and hip pain when I use it. I thought I would feel like an old lady when I use it but according to a 25-yr-old friend of mine...it is very cool and trendy. I like the neutral color and I'm thinking of maybe getting a dark one for evening. I recommend.

Bought for use in the barn so I don't mess up my "going to town" cane when working the cows. It's very solid, had to cut a couple of inches off of the bottom for a comfortable height (I'm 5" 7") to make it perfect. Even though I bought this for barn use, it looks very nice. It's a good, utilitarian cane. Can't go wrong if you need a good cane.
