Overall this was a good purchase. Looks good but will only hold 2 swords as shown in the picture. I was expecting it would hold 4 swords in their scabbard... not so. In fact it is exactly as pictured. Checking the internet for better I discovered that this was, in fact a good purchase for the money.

This is a fantastic display. The background can be black or red. It feels very solid and well made. In putting it up on the wall, we feel it is very secure. The cherry wood coloring is gorgeous and matches our other cherry wood we have in the room. It also goes well with other dark wood furniture or with other pictures in dark wood or black frames. It was packaged very well for shipping and arrived without incident. Our Marine Corps officer sword and a VMI sword are proudly displayed!

Well made and the perfect size to display a pair of swords.

The media could not be loaded. I reinforced mine by pre-drilling and using torque wood screws for assembly (that's screwing racks to the box) and hanging on the wall. I believe they send the racks unfastened so you can customize and space it to your needs for whatever swords you'll be placing. It's best to find your studs and anchor to those; use washers. As you can see for the barbarian swords the longer sword on the bottom fit's because I notched the inside wood out with a dremel so the point of the blade can rest within the notch. I go over the limit for safety i dremel the tips of the screws off that poked through and ground flush. The Conan sword on top is about 10 lbs and the one on the bottom is about 4lbs. A decent amount of weight and these cases don't budge. Good craftsmanship really good paint job; you'll just have to do some extra touches. Basic carpentry skills can make this case work great.

I was looking for a nice case to hold and display my four Samurai swords. It is advertised as a two sword case but as my photos show it is good to go for four. Quality is overall good.
