Update: these didn't work for me. I was so hopeful. I think taking it every day was too much for me and I never really found the right amount of time between doses.
Original review: it was okay for about a week and then I noticed excessive discharge and that same fishy smell I've been trying to get rid of. I started taking them every 2 days and it seems to kind of help with everything down there?? I'm not sure if it's the pearls helping or if my body is working it out for itself.

These arrived wrapped in plastic and packaged in a bubble mailer. The care that they took to package these is incredible. I took the first pearl not too long ago and I am already feeling something happening with my gut. I have diabetes and take the medication Invokana. The number one side effect of Invokana is yeast infection as the mechanism of the drug causes the body to urinate glucose. This product works great. I use it every other day to keep nursing thrush away. Thrush+breastfeeding=nightmare. I have suffered with thrush many times while breastfeeding my first three babies. Diflucan works but it's not safe to keep taking. Eliminating dietary flour, sugar and dairy worked to get rid of thrush but I couldn't keep it up permanently. So after having my fourth baby I tried this product. In seven months (also thanks to infant probiotic drops) we have managed to stay thrush-free!! These little pearls are absolutely wonderful!
