I have been taking this about a month and was refilling my vitamin/pill case a few days ago when it dawned on me to evaluate whether this is working. Thinking back, I realized that I had not had problems with stiffness getting up from a sitting position (for years--and just as recently as a couple of months ago--if I sat still for 30 minutes, I'd have to take several steps before my joints would loosen up, and it's been very painful), have had less of my back and hip pain due to arthritis, and have been more comfortable overall! I have been taking less ibuprofen because I just haven't had any of the pain and stiffness! It went away gradually and I just did not realize it! This stuff is a miracle. I really thought I was just going to have to live with that pain and stiffness... and I have been... but with this vitamin/mineral formula, I don't have to anymore! The real test will be when traveling and logging a lot more steps in one day to see if I'm immobile the next morning as usual, or if I can get up and go like everyone else. I'll try to remember to update when I have the opportunity to test that, but I am feeling very optimistic.

One of my previous employers got me started on this product. I was born with a hip that is off a little. I have always had issues with my joints because of it. Within a month of taking this product I could tell a significant improvement. I have also engaged in a lot of sports over the years such as martial arts. This really helps prevent some injuries too because it helps lubricate the joints. I will never go without this product now. They have several versions. I prefer the one that you take 3 pills a day. When I run out of this item my joints start to hurt. So I know it's working to keep me pain free. IMPORTANT NOTE!!! I started to have a new pain in my wrist. It might have been carpal tunnel syndrome. So I added BORON to my nutritional regimen. It's been found that boron is extremely important in preventing arthritis pain. In parts of the world (Jamaica) where the water and soil are deficient in boron, 70% of inhabitants exhibit arthritis pain (even the dogs walk around limping there). But in areas where boron soil and water levels are high (New Zealand) only 1% of inhabitants show signs of arthritis. The new pain in my wrist is gone in less than a month. Schiff's "Move Free Ultra" contains boron. This product could be improved by the addition of boron as well.

I took Isoretinoin (Accutane) for 8 months in 2015-2016, as a result I lost ligament and cushion in my knees. I've experienced joint pain ever since (in case you're wondering I didn't fall or anything nor did my activity level change before/after Accutane) and I was looking for something to help with it, as at 36 years old (now) I didn't want to feel this way for the rest of my life.

I think it was around the 2 week mark when I noticed a difference in pain. It'd reduced and I was able to walk more freely. My right knee still knocks but there's no pain associated with it, which is amazing.

I do recommend taking these with food if you have IBS or just a sensitive tummy. Either following the manufacturer's recommendation of taking one per meal or three at once, but still with a meal.

I gave this four stars out of five because the description of the product isn't accurate (even after submitting incorrect information.) It specifies you only need to take two pills a day, but the bottle and manufacturer clearly specify you need to take three. Due to the amount of pills per day is wrong, you think you're going to get a better value than you actually do. Also, while these pills aren't horse pills, but they aren't small either. Someone that doesn't like pills may have issues taking them.

Move Free Glucosamine Hyaluronic Acid Chondroitin MSM is a superior product. These nutrients are a great combination which seem to have a synergistic effect. I like that the glucosamine is plant, rather than shellfish derived. I also use turmeric from Nutratech Turmeric Plus "“Turmeric 95% Curcumin with Bioperine and have tried a lot of different curcumin products but after taking almost one bottle of this formula, I feel that it's more absorbable than the other products I've tried that were similar. I was about to give up on curcumin supplements until I tried this one from Nutratech. Other companies use this patented formula but this one has the best price. I just feel better after taking it and I've already ordered a second bottle.
