Great.
super gross

I did so much research on how to use it and when I did it was so gross. I don't know if I have a sensitive palate but it taste so gross and chemically. And it leaves a weird sort of slimy film on your hands and anything else it touches.
Not worth it for me

Versawhip is an interesting product! It works well for an egg re placer for vegans as a foam but that seems like its about it. I've tried it in several baked goods and it doesn't hold up and the structure collapses and just turns to a mush. It might work really well for some people and maybe if I were to study the chemical components "breaking bad style" I might get it but its just too much trouble for me to bother with and seeing as its a bit pricey I cant justify the purchase.
