It works, taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and followed by cream of wheat for the fiber to feed these little guys. It's like having pets inside you that if you take care of them, they'll take care of you. They're all separated in packaging, so you can break some off and take them to-go if you're traveling. It's only a month supply, which is fine, but I'm planning on taking them for three months or so. My metabolism has definitely improved, but that's because I'm a firefighter lol I will say that I have more energy and I'm able to tolerate more foods without an upset stomach.
On a cautionary note, I did get really sick on my first 5 days taking them. Must have been other factors as well, such as a high-stress environment, or diet, or hormones. Either way, sticking through it was definitely worth it in the long run:)

While it does not work miracles, it certainly does help ease stomach issues. Though it can take a few weeks for your body to adjust, and if you get sick and are prescribed antibiotics, it is like starting over as far as your body adjusting.
