Works well for plantar fasciitis

3rd day, takes some getting used to but any good orthotic does. Ive been able to walk straight and have much less heel pain esp while walking and noticeably at night. I think itll take a full week or more for full affect, but I see it getting there. The most part to get used to is the area where the orthotic stops in the middle of the foot. There wasnt alot of break-in period for me but thats because my pain was bad enough that it couldnt have made it worse. Make sure you try each level, youll be sore for a few days while its fixing posture and gait but its worth the fix.
Can't believe what a difference these make!

My daughter, an occupational therapist, recommended these to me. We both have scoliosis and are on our feet all day. I also drive an hour each way to and from work. My feet are mildly pronated, and I have small carpal and tarsal tunnels, so my ankles sometimes swell from all the time in the car. These have eliminated the swelling and ankle pain entirely. Caveat: you may need a half-size larger in shoes. I've had to invest in a shoe-stretcher.

Ok ...Not what I was expecting (should of looked at customer pics 1st) Definitely provides support for the arch & different levels of supports is a plus. My concern is they don't stay put and slip a little. Not using little stickies as I wanted them to be universal with my diff sneakers. Overall ...Not a bad purchase ðŸ‘

Bought 3 new sets to replace my old (4years) ones. I have always had bad arches; footprints at the beach are round!!! I originally had Rx arch supports which wiggled around in my different shoes. These are full sized and made of a very durable material (very long life!). These supports are excellent. Without supports I have terrible pain in my foot & arch. Wearing these supports eliminates all pain. This week I took two hikes in the woods: 5 & 7 miles. No pain, no tired feet! Wish I could purchase these in a local store; seems I can only get the size I need online.

Okay, I've been sold on this. I wear it everyday now. My feet feel amazing in my sneakers. I wish they had one that felt comfortable in high heels. I have very bad feet pain from chemotherapy and post-cancer treatments. This product is a feet-Saver!
