Good handles

I got tired buying new toasters. They never seem to be able to handle the abuse in a four person household that likes toast so I bought this commercial version. I bought it because the handles look tough as nails. I'm glad I did the handles are strong and can handle the use, pun intended. Besides that it makes my non-toasted bread toasted so yes, it is a toaster.

It is a wide slot toaster so you can fit bagels which is nice. Apparently there are two models. One has a bagel button and one doesn't. This one does not have a bagel button. The bagel button makes it so that only one side of the bagel will get toasted. Since there isn't a button on this model for that feature it will always toast both sides. That is fine with what we needed.
When we first tried to use the toaster sparks came flying out and it blew a breaker! Wow that was unexpected. I messaged the seller who put me in touch with the manufacturer. They thought perhaps a wire came loose during shipping and caused it to short out. They did send us a new toaster which seems to work very well. I was happy with the customer service. Overall it is a nice toaster. For the money I hope it lasts.
