This mat is perfect for my work area at work. It can take some deep cuts and really not effect it. I have enjoyed it so much that I think I will need to get one for home to. It really has saved the surface of my desk. No more cuts in my desktop. :)

I'm really happy with my mat, I've never owned one before so I can't compare but this one arrived on time and was shipped flat and it does exactly what it's supposed to. I've used it may times and there aren't any marks on it. I think it's going to last a looking time. The price was great too.

Love this mat. It really is self healing. I cut a huge gash in it and I can't tell it is there any more. Only downside is that the ruler markings do not begin on the edge.
