I originally ate upma occasionally at an ashram and thought it divine. Then I found this mix and it is very good with the addition of ghee, cashews and coconut. The local store started carrying an inferior brand with preservatives. This brand is of superior quality without preservatives. So now I order it online. Worth the postage.
