Two of our four dispensers were missing parts

We ordered four of these. One of them came without a lid. Got it returned. Waited until a couple of days before a large event to assemble them. Open the parts bags, and another one of the dispensers is missing the plastic nut. So 50% failure rate on parts missing on our orders.

It does not come preassembled, but the instructions are clear and the assembly is easy. It has not leaked and seems sturdy. I like the clarity, it's not crystal clear, but see through enough.

This is a great dispenser, easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning and storage. 5 gallons is a lot of ice tea, add 3 gallons of green tea honey lemon and a quarter to a half gallon of mango juice and a bag of ice those beautifully summer days outside.
