So far this product has met my expectations. It is great for parties or big groups of people. I personally used mine for the first time to hold Fruit Sangria The ice and fruit infuser made for a great taste. I was also very proud of how well the container could be cleaned. The spigot did not allow for any leaks.

This beverage dispenser with the chiller column and infuser pod was exactly what I needed for a drink I like to serve at parties. I'm looking forward to having this on hand for future parties. The chiller with infuser pod attached does like to float a bit, but with the chiller column filled with ice it was not an issue. Under different circumstances a bit of clear tape to secure the dispenser lid would do the trick. One other bit of warning: excluding the spigot and its parts, do not screw any of the acrylic attachments together too tightly or you'll have a devil of a time getting them loose. Namely, the ice column to the lid, the center lid opening to the outer portion of the lid, and the infuser cap to the infuser pod.

This is great value for the $$, I went to rent something like these and the cost was $19 a day- I needed 3 for 3 days, so opted to buy these. They are easy to fill, easy to use and last all day without tons of work because of the capacity. The only thing that could make this product better is making them out of glass, as over time they will become foggy due to the acrylic type plastic they are made out of. I expect these to last long, assembly was easy.
