Great novice harmonica.

Great novice level harmonica for the price, on the lower end of the professional grade but still professional sounding and you'll be able to bend the notes and do all the things you should be able to with this harmonica. Plastic mouthpiece with metal cover plates, looks great, sounds great, and is one of the most highly recommended harmonica brands that I found during my research with the special 20 being the most highly praised. I have been using it and have to say I'm quite pleased!

I gave 2 stars because I have a Hohner blues harp that is amazing. This special 20 is not well made. Cheap plastic and the tenth note takes all the breath I have to make it sound. Save yourself some time and headache...... stick with Hohners blues harps.. yeah, just a little more $$ for a MUCH superior product.

The Special 20 line are really good harmonicas for beginners. Durable, good sound, and fun to play. This is my third Special 20 (I have a C and A as well) and they are just what I wanted; affordable quality that has let me really dive into playing. I've been playing almost a year now and have had a lot of fun with it.
