Just bought this not long ago for my Cafe, perfect size for what I need to make soups and smoothies, but I paid under 14.00 for the can and now the price is 134.00 per can ??? Something is wrong here.

First of all, I LOVE this brand when I buy it at whole foods or my local health food store. I had high hopes because I am on a high fat diet as instructed by my natrapathic and I use and drink a lot of this stuff in cooking or just in a glass. When I read the reviews that everyone was spilt in liking this, I thought I would give it a chance. verdit - I am not a fan. When I open small cans of this stuff I buy at the store, its much thicker, creamier, and consistant. Yes, it sometimes needs to be stirred and I realize that. But This milk, which by the way IS a paint can of milk, it was much more watery and there was a huge layer of fat that wouldn't break up upon stirring. This to me told me that this had been sitting around for awhile or in various tempatures. I had to heat it up to melt the fat and even when I did whip it after doing that, iti still wasn't working for me and would re-clump. I saw some reviewers say it was packaged in different places or factories and I believe it. This wasn't a high quality product in my opinion. I love the brand, but I am going to stick to smaller cans and look for better deals there than go this route again. Pity...

We use this everyday in multiple ways! So thankful to a friend that turned me onto it! :) In our green smoothies for breakfast, in stir fry sauces, in desserts, everything. It is rich & creamy with a wonderful texture & taste. Adds flavor, body, wonderful fat (medium chain triglycerides) that are SO good for your body! I also love being able to purchase the 96 oz can. We pour it into a old apple juice bottle (gallon size) & it stays fresh for 7-10 days. If it lasts that long!! :)

This is one of the only coconut milk that doesn't have a BPA can. Great brand, and great size. Some recipes you need more than one can, so this works.

it is way too much. I bought the large can after reading through various sites that you can freeze coconut milk. Yes, you can freeze it--but it is not the same at all. The texture changes and it's never quite as smooth as before it's frozen. I froze at least 8 bags, and they all turned out the same (which was not good).

So, while I absolutely love this product, I give it 3 stars because it's way too much for my use and freezing is not an option. If you need large quantities and will use it up fairly quick, this is the product for you.
