A black garbage bag was delivered to my house. In that bag was a leaking box. I hurriedly opened the box to find a soggy bag. In that bag were 3 refill size bottles of Softsoap. I assumed that the bottles broke in transit. I investigated and found that one of the bottles was opened. I'm not sure if it was tampered with, but half the bottle of soap is gone! I'm going to give this experience 0 stars. I hope I don't get sick after using this soap.

this is a great soap, don't ever want to stop using. the only problem is the shipping of this. need to find a new packing method to secure the bottles. but with that being said it is a great product.

The product is great. However the packaging could have been better. The box was slightly crushed and some of the product spilled in the box. The bottles did have their own plastic liner but that did not stop the product from spilling out. A small amount spilled. Still I'm satisfied with the overall item and purchase. Thank you.
