I bought this LOUISVILLE LADDER to help me climb in and out of my RAM 3500 4x4 truck (the bed is 40" above ground height and I'm 65 and have a hernia). Is that TMI? Anyway, the ladder is perfect for this chore and rides nicely in the bed of the truck.

This is a very well built ladder. I purchased this to retire a very old wood stepladder that actually had become dangerous to use. I feel very safe using this ladder at home. The foldout tray is extremely handy for balancing boxes, etc.

I paid for a 300-lb rated aluminum ladder, AS3006, and instead got a 225-lb rated fiberglass ladder, FS4006, that looks nothing like the one in the picture of the item I chose. Very very disappointed. Will keep it because I don't want to go through the hassle of sending this bulky item back, but it is absolutely NOT what I paid for or was expecting. I am usually very happy purchasing things on Amazon but I am definitely not happy in this case

we added this step ladder to the outdoor patio furniture and use it to sit around on. It replaced (well, at least for my wife) a rickety, old wooden step ladder that swayed when someone sat upon it. I am that someone now... This new metal ladder is so nice, sturdy. I actually like climbing up on it. OK, I don't like climbing up on anything, but if i have to use a step-ladder, this is the tool I'll grab for, if i can extract it from my wife's paws... think i will break down and get another one so we can sit around on our matching pair of step ladders, sipping tea or other beverage of our choosing.
