My favorite hot sauce of all sauces. Smokey, with a rich, slightly salty flavor. A medium amount of heat that builds nicely throughout the meal. Great on potatoes, breakfast sandwiches, pizza, etc. As the name implies, it is pepper based, so if you are expecting the vinegary taste of Tobasco, or the Asian flavors of Sriracha, this likely isn't for you.

California Pepper Plant is our new obsession. We use it on the items that you would use a traditional hot sauce...but our favorite is to put it on vegetables with some olive oil and then roast them. Amazing! How did we ever live without this in our house!

I'm a Texan. I know hot sauces. I appreciate them. But I'm not too proud to say that this California-made pepper sauce is outstanding! Discovered it while dining at a little restaurant in northern California. It's got a great, robust flavor, not too heavy on the garlic. Great with EVERYTHING. Will be ordering again.
