This was about half the price of pretty much the same thing at the big box stores so a relative bargain (if you can defeat Amazon's dynamic pricing AI, which changes prices constantly) As others have noted, there are no instructions and installation process is more complex than it needs to be. But if you watch the video, pretty simple. Be aware there is no adjustment leway. So if the holes on your toilet are off, seat will not be exactly aligned. Be aware color likely will not match exactly either if you have 1980s era home with I guess almond toilets, sinks and tubs. I got buscuit which is a bit lighter but close enough. I assume bone would be even lighter.

I had a hell of a time getting this thing installed, until another reviewer wrote out detailed instructions. Now I'll have to take the seat off and reinstall, as I knew it wasn't on there right.......but, it actually fits well & looks good after you figure out how to install it.
