We bought a Victorio food processor after the "new" version of the old Foley Food Mill turned out to be less than wonderful. We needed one to process tomatoes to make sauce and salsa, and we decided on the Victorio. We bought the accessory pack as well so we would have the maximum capability from the processor. The processor works very well, and we used the accessory screens when we made salsa.
Love these accessories!

Last year was my first year canning and after spending hours coring, de-seeding, and chopping tomatoes to make salsa I knew there had to be a better way. I bought the Victoria Food Mill and knew I needed these extra screens, boy was I right! I use the salsa screen all the time. I'm waiting for my fall harvest of raspberries to see if the berry piece works just as well.
great additions to my Victorio food strainer

I bought this accessory set the same time I bought the food strainer. I used it for the first time to make smooth applesauce with raspberries (regular screen for the apples, berry screen for the raspberries), and it worked wonders! Didn't notice any seeds from the berries in the finished product. Can't wait to try it on tomatoes for soup and sauce.
Cherry wine

High quality and ended up using to pit cherries for wine. Works well.
Feb. 2017, update: I used the grape spiral to do some Merlot and it cracked and broke. Maybe I am not using it correctly but it seems to me that using the grape spiral on grapes....it shouldn't break. Very disappointed. I dropped from 5 stars to 3 since it still does Tomatoes in record time and a few other things. The grape incident makes me want to give it a one...but there are still other uses it does work well for.

Victorio rules

So far I've used 3 of these accessories. They work as well as can be expected. I couldn't get the accessory pack for my old model 200 so I bought a new strainer too. Glad I did, the screens are stainless where the old model used chrome plating. As mentioned, I've used the grape spiral, the squash screen and the berry screen. Seedless raspberry jam is easy to make with these. Haven't used the salsa screen and don't know if I will. Depends on how many tomatoes I get this summer I suppose.
