This stuff WORKS! Who cares why especially when you're awakened from sleep with terrible cramps? I am a dialysis patient and cramping is common when too much fluid is removed, and if I cramp while on the machine, it's a certainty that I will cramp again in my sleep that night. When that's the case, I take it to bed with me along with the 2oz. of water in which to dissolve it and my cramps are gone in under 2 minutes and I don't even have to get out of bed. Made my life immeasurably better. Try it!

I have no idea why or how this works - but every time my toes cramp up and I use it, they stop. Annoying to have foot (not leg) cramps in the middle of the night that wake me up - or just randomly sitting around at my house. No one can seem to give me a reason ... but at least I have a solution ... I now use this in addition to Magnesium supplement at night and have had a lot more comfort and good nights sleep ...

I will admit some cynicism when I ordered it, but I decided to try it as I did need to find a way to stop my severe night cramps after a night of ballroom dancing...........I am happy to report that it DID live up to it's expectations and stopped the cramps within a few minutes..........AMAZING.....Taste is not too wonderful, but doable with a quick drink of water or anything else immediately after swallowing it........no biggie!!...Will order it again when this bottle is finished!!

I have to admit, I really didn't think this mixture could work as promised, but I was willing to take a chance. This worked crazy fast to stop my cramp in the middle of the night. I added a shot to a shot of water and downed it. In about 4 minutes, if that, the leg cramp stopped. I keep it on my night stand so I can take it as soon as I feel a cramp is starting. This really worked fast for me. Every effective.
