Not quite the workout!
Kate M.January 3, 2018
Bought these for my 89 years old Father..had to put a gripper under them to work properly.
They just don't seem to work your ankles as I thought they woul. Needs more tention on them. And space between the floor. Maybe they work better with small feet. Dad wears an eleven.
I wouldn't buy them again.
The Sitting Stepper is a sitting TOE TAPPER
Alicia M SumesDecember 26, 2017
I bought this for my son whose seated most of the day. So when I opened the Sitting Stepper I laughed and asked myself what is this? Thought it would be a stepper not a toe tapper. I considered returning the product because I believe anyone can get the same results from tapping their toes up and down for FREE. However, I would recommend the Sitting Stepper for someone who has very very limited range of motion, like less than what it takes to tap your toes about an inch off the floor when seated to aid them in a toe tapping movement. Also that 70 acupressure massage modules claim while wearing a shoe, don't believe it, maybe with bare. When the Sitting Stepper is put together the small scale mechanism between where u place your feet and the base is a mostly plastic rocker arm. Not sure how well or how long the plastic rocker bar will last or stay in place while "Stepping" on it over so many uses given it sits in a groove with a sorta snap into place fit. In my opinion to be a stepper you need to lift your legs up and down I'm a marching motion while seated but the instructions picture the person's heels on the floor doing as in a tapping movement. If that plastic rocker bends or looses shape the Sitting Stepper will no longer toggle up and down. I'm only keeping the Sitting Stepper because it was under $10 and free shipping for Prime members.
Didn't work for me~

This would work for someone who needed to keep their legs moving while sitting, but it does not do anything to strengthen your legs. I was using it at work since I have a heart condition (POTS) and going from sitting to standing after awhile makes me extremely dizzy, i lose my eye sight sometimes and have passed out before. Keeping my legs moving was supposed to help, but it has no resistance, so it is the equivalent of tapping your feet. It didn't help for me, but maybe if your trying to keep your legs from swelling or blood clots, this might be for you.

I got this for one of my students who has trouble sitting still. First of all, on a smooth floor it sides around like crazy, I had to buy some of that kitchen shelf liner to keep it in place. Then, it broke within a couple of weeks. Yes, kids can be a little rough, but no one did anything to it that should have broken it so quickly.
While it worked he did enjoy it and it helped him focus, but I'll either try another method (many of my students like bungees to bounce their feet) or I'll have to suck it up and spend more on something more substantial.
This product is really just ok. I bought this ...

This product is really just ok. I bought this product for my mother. She is not small person so using this product makes her work very hard for someone is inmoble. Her thights are larger than the average to small women so holding her legs togather makes her work harder and this is stressful to her.
