Yes, it needed ironing upon arriving but the weight of the fabric helps to hold. I've put off purchasing a dust ruffle for years for fear of some cheap flimsy material that didn't hold it's shape. It doesn't look just like the photo when installed but if I spent more time arranging all the ruffles I probably could get it that way.

I measured the bed and drop and it all fits perfect. It's made of cotton, so of course it will have wrinkles but I didn't mind ironing it. It is not sheer and looks very good.

I would describe this as a bone or ivory color. I have been looking for a while to find this lighter color. Ironed up nicely. I prefer the type of bed skirts that have the interfacing material in the middle. It's stinks having to lift your mattress, once it's on it helps line it up right and it stays in place. Material is a little thinner than the one I replaced, still thick enough, can't see through it. Covers the framework of my bed and hits the carpet just right.

I bought this to replace another one I had on the bed which was thinner cotton so you could see through it and it never looked crisp. This one is a nice sturdy fabric which holds its shape and looks great on the bed. It enriches the overall look of the bedding. You do have to iron it though. Base fabric is also a decent quality so it doesn't rip as you're trying to adjust it.
