After using the measurements with the sizing chart, I determined the Small would work fine for me (an adult female). I received Prime 2-day - this thing would maybe fit a small child but certainly NO adult. The sizing chart (or maybe item description?) is way off. Luckily, I put in for a return and was refunded by Amazon without any problem. Thanks Amazon!
