My boys love it!

It wasn't the easiest to install (especially digging the hole and setting the concrete) but the end product came out nice. The backboard was also quite heavy so it would be best to have 4 adults during the backboard installation.
Happy with our purchase

We are very pleased so far with our purchase. It was packed very well and delivered earlier than promised. I had help getting it installed, definitely a multi-person job, preferably 3 or more. It took 12 bags (80 lbs) concrete for the hole we dug. I'm glad I opted for the bolt system instead of the in-ground pole, didn't have to worry about the pole moving while it was drying and have the option to remove if would need to. It's a nice looking system and seems very substantial.
Good System

Read many reviews on several system complaining of excessive shaking. I made sure to dig the hole and pour cement as directed, I even went a little a larger hole and more cement. Shaking is acceptable but not perfect, for the money the price/performance is good for me.
The installation was not easy for one person. I did manage to complete almost all of it myself. Needed help with the backboard - ideally you should have four guys. Two to lift, one to position the arms and the fourth to insert the bolts.
Drilling into the backboard to install the form pads was a pain, even with an electric drill. It's awkward that your drilling on a ladder above your head. Definitely wear glasses and the metal shaving will hit you in the face.

Highly recommended Court

This is my first review ever but I had to tell everyone how happy I am with this purchase. The instructions are spot on, just read them entirely before you begin. I also recommend you watch videos to see how to slam poles together. I would say that took me a few slams and busted a sweat. Along with the slamming, putting the backboard on the pole this was the hardest part. It required 3 to do this with two ladders. My concrete was 3000 psi so I can't notice any shaking after a shot worth mentioning. The ball bounces off the glass like it's supposed to. It's equivalent to many indoor gym courts and have noticed the friendly bounces of a shooters touch. Also easy adjustment to make court go low or higher.
If there was a con, I'd say the backboard is a little short compared to other systems but you'd probably spend more for that. It's a trivial matter unless you have a fence close by like I do. The ball can bounce from the top and go over more easily. But I have added a sports net to keep the ball going over the neighbors yard. I'd also like to say that the instructions recommend keeping the base level to the court. However, we failed to do this and my anchor base is 4 inches below the level of the court. It has no effect on the pole or play just in case you also make this miscalculation. The court had enough height to reach the 10 foot height even with the pole placed 4 inches below court level.
This was a great purchase and I highly recommend this court.

My 7 year old daughter makes the goal shake like Shaq crammed on it.

You spend $800 on a basketball goal you expect it to check all of the boxes. There are several things about the goal that are great, the support in the ground, the backboard, the rim, are all made with quality. It's also a plus that the padding comes with the unit.
However, the shake/wobble on this goal is unacceptable for a rim in this price point. I followed installation instructions perfectly, but when my 7 year old daughter plays on this rim it wobbles like Shaq just dunked on it. That's why I give it 3 stars. It looks great when no one is playing on it and it would be 5 stars if the wobble flaw were to be fixed/addressed. In short, the issue is a functional one, the bracing that attaches to the pole is weak and allows the heavy backboard assembly to move around too much. You can't tighten the screws all of the way on the unit so it can be operational when adjusting height. You leave the screws and bolt loose to allow for moving the unit up and down and the wobble remains.
I hope that the manufacturer addresses this issue soon with some sort of kit to fix the shake.
