It did not cost much and is indeed made of metal mostly. It does what I needed it to do but dont look for too many bells and whistles. The protarctor and triangles are MUCH smaller than I anticipated but hey it has a nice case. If you need something technical go with something a bit more expensive. Need something that will do for a school kid this works fine.
Needs a better storage case.

The pieces included in this set are great. The case is nice and compact. The only problem is, the pieces are just set on top of each other and fall out easily as soon as the case is opened.

We bought multiple sets for a donation to a youth group. At first glance the sets looked great, but when we were packing them up to donate, we noticed that one of the sets had been opened and was missing various parts.
Also the actual package was taped whereas the other packages were self closing. It was obvious that this item was damaged and should never have been used to fill an order. As these are being donated we would love to have the vendor send us another set to replace the damaged set.
