As a gestational surrogate with a family who intended to exclusively formula feed, I knew I would deal with engorgement, so I ordered this tea.
I wanted to start taking it as soon as labor was over, but unfortunately, baby had other plans and came exactly one week early.
I received 3 boxes of tea. The packaging is nice, with simple ingredients and directions.
It tastes mostly like peppermint with a slight fruity taste. If you over-steep (aka forgot you made tea) you will have a stronger flavor of sage. All in all, the flavor was enjoyable.
The boxes state to drink 1 - 3 cups daily, and I wanted dry up as soon as possible, so I drank 3 cups daily, ensuring I steeped for the full 5 - 10 minutes.
Please note, at no point did I breast feed or pump; I have not hand expressed, used Sudafed, birth control, or cabbage leaves. I have only utilized this tea.
I gave birth on the 23rd
Tea came in the mail on 25th - started drinking tea.
Milk came in on 26th
Engorgement started on 27th
As of July 1st, there has been no relief from engorgement and I have finished the 1st box.

That being said, I will continue to drink the tea in hopes of it helping, and the flavor is enjoyable so it is no burden to continue to use.
Every body is different, but for me, this tea was not helpful in the timeline that most breastfeeding mother's experienced while using this tea.

I drank 3 cups a day and my milk dried up in less than 1 week. That's the fastest ever for me and it never got too painful either.

Highly recommend! Even with the other positive reviews of this product, I was skeptical but I was also desperate to dry up my milk due to repeated issues with clogged ducts and mastitis. I had already tried a lot of home remedies (sage tea, peppermint, cabbage leaves), but was not seeing any improvement. I'm happy to report that this tea really worked for me! It took a week to fully dry up the milk supply, but I also saw a noticeable reduction within the first 3 days of use, which was a huge relief. I went through 2 of the 3 boxes of tea and drank 3-4 cups daily. I am so thankful for this product!

I'm so glad I found this product! I was curious how to go about weaning my 2 year old, as we are down to 1 feeding a day. I have gone about the process very slowly as I have had mastitis a few times and it's not fun. Just started the tea today and it tastes great contrary to a few bad reviews I've read. I didn't need to add anything to it either. I can't speak to the results yet, but trust this will do the job.

It wasn't great tasting but having 4 cups a day in 3 days really helped! I also used sage essential oil drops in the tea as well. The only problem is I had to buy a pack of three boxes and only needed one box of the tea.
