The material is so stiff that it will not stay ...

The material is so stiff that it will not stay closed without having something heavy on top of it. The teeth on the rings are not closing completely so each time I turn pages I have page protectors sliding out of the ring.

Works, but low quality in comparison to price expectations.

The book will work for our needs, but is not as high quality as I would have expected for the price. The binder is a soft, pliable plastic shell rather than the typical cardboard-filled resin binders you typically would buy.
If you need this style, this will work. If you're looking for something rugged, this isn't it.
