This item is just as described. Some reviews were not positive, stating that it didn't work for what they needed. However, this item does not claim to be the heavy duty drag harrow, which they do make. We use this item behind 4-wheeler to smooth out the sand on our family beach by the lake. It's perfect! But if you want it for anything else - fields, plots, yards, etc, you're going to want the heavy duty one.
