The orange color on the pad is a little strange, but overall this is an excellent product. It was great to find underwear in a single size (medium for me) instead of a range of small/medium (too small) or medium/large (too big).

I'm not end user as purchased for elderly friend so can't give 5 stars. Based on looks and feel it appeared to support high rating comments for overnight or heavy voiding episodes. Also only brand I found in size small; a close, well fitting pull-up is critical to it providing good leak protection. For those who are challenged with finding a good product I highly recommend a 2-part system -- incontinence pad added to a disposable pull-up. Soiled pads can be replaced without necessarily replacing the pull-up. Pads are 1/4 to 1/2 the price of pullups so 2-part system works to prevent embarrassing daytime leaks, possibly avoiding nighttime linen changes while saving you money.
