Medium fit well for a 5'5" woman 130 pounds, and is good overnight protection for moderate incontinency. Definitely need to use an overnight pad as well for heavier flow. Not perfect but so far better than most.

We have ordered several different 2xl for men incontinence underwear. Our family member consistently picks this one as the most comfortable and his caregiver feels they have been the best for leaks. Our family member still has overflow at times, but this is due to their medical issue. I wish their was a 2xl version of these that was even more absorbent, but I have not been able to find those. I would like to note that we do subscribe and save. 2 weeks ago there was a delay on the product shipping due to stock availability, so we had to go and buy another brand at the store to get by until these arrive. We learned from this experience and are now keeping a back up package in case this situation arises again. Amazon or the company tried to let us know about the delay, but there is not much you can do to be prepared except have a backup pack. We have not been able to find this brand in local stores.
