Fit perfect for an 11.5 size sneaker (Asics men's Gel Venture 5). Not top of the line but much better than the standard sneaker inserts. They hold up pretty well too. On my 3rd pair for my 3rd pair of sneakers, as I walk over 5 miles a day. If you have specific needs (high arch, etc), check out Sof Sole's site, as they have over 15 types of insoles.

The only thing I don't like about these is the sole is too slick. This cause your feet to slide around which makes your feet very tired from overwork. I just take them and rub them on the sidewalk a bit to get some traction. This is my second pair, the first pair was the level just below this, and had the same issues. Otherwise, they work very well to absorb force.

Was too short for my shoes (i matched the size correctly) so they slide forward and back every time I try and put them on. Also, the back gel area is a small circular gel surrounded by a stiffer gel. Your heel often hits the border between the two and part of your heel is nice and cushioned, and the other part is up against a hard/sharp edge.

Love love love these insoles! I walk a lot which wears out my trainer shoes. As a result I usually go through an extra insole before wearing down soles to point of pitching shoes. I've tried expensive insoles, cheap ones, insoles made for athletes, and actual replacement insoles. My sister recommended Sof Sole that her family uses for soccer and football. Worth a try, I thought. Wow! I was shocked at how perfect these are! No blisters, no tight shoes due to new inserts, no sweaty feet because of non-breathable insoles. Great product. Won't waste my time or money on any other insoles again!
