VERY high arches (See updates)
Crawdad✓ Verified Purchase•August 25, 2023
Even with the lowest insert, these create CRAZY high arches. They do distribute your weight across more of you foot, but they are not a all comfortable to wear. They didn't provide any notable relief to my plantar fasciitis. Other orthotics are much better. They supposedly have a lifetime warranty, so why do they promote a subscription service? I had planned to send them back, but forgot before the return window closed. I don't recommend them.
Update: Plus 2 stars for standing behind the product and providing refund after refund window closed. Thank you.
Update 2:
I recently got metatarsalgia and decided to try these orthotics again. The discomfort I was previously experiencing with these orthotics was mostly gone and they are a definite benefit that helps relieve my new condition that my $400 orthotics did not. I'll keep trying these for a while and will update if I see any more changes. If my condition goes away, I'll probably change this to 5 stars. Time will tell.

Best insert-insole for plantar fasciitis

I've had plantar fasciitis for 30+ years including having surgery on one of my heels back in 2004. For the last 20 or so years I've purchased many products and without question these arch support inserts are the best. Mind you the shoes should have a firm heel and not a soft, spongy effect, otherwise the tendon connecting your heel will stretch and nullify the benefits of any insole.
Hope the improvement holds up!

If the white foot bed holds up better than the orginals did then that's the improvement I'm looking for. I tried out the different inserts and ranges and found them all just fine. The old ones often would start to break up in the heel area and maybe with the new design with the slightly softened heel spot along with new and different plastic materials the foot bed is made of it won't break up. My fingers are crossed. If it does I'll be back to let you know. Meantime I bought four pairs. I've developed PF in one foot. New to me and man is that miserable. But no insoles seem to be helping except my older versions some with signs of the cracks in the heels starting even. So decided I'd better get some new ones for the long haul and discovered they now are updated. So the nobby insert is a new one and the softened heel area is also new. That might just be enough of a change the heal spot to stop the stress in the plastic that caused the cracking and breaking. Lets all hope so. But for people with high arches like myself this insert seems to do a better job and for some reason it is working for my PF even stays in several of my sandals to padding around the house. I do not use the stick on velcro dots as they just make a mess in your shoes sooner than later. The glue and slippage of the dots themselves. So some sandals and some shoes are no go with these. Some I can leave the regular insoles in and others I must pull the insoles out and live with the shorter foot bed of this insert. The shoe room and foot fit all leads to a variety of ways and means here. No one way fits all shoes. I also vary the low to high inserts depending on the shoe too I've discovered over the years and turns out same for these newer models. If anything I think the high is more stiff and higher than the orginals were. The nubby is ok but I recommend you wear a sock or liner sock at the very least until you know you won't get blisters due to rubbing. (I had a broken foot and foot surgery some years back that was why I had found the orginals then and of course that's the foot that developed PF now too. Par for the course as the saying goes. My other foot loves anything I put on it shoes or inserts and just comes along for the ride...just wish my other foot could reach that happy mode too. Maybe with these the PF well improve enough it well.) These are only half to three quarters shoe length. I wish they came in full length options too. But I make do with these shorter ones in hikers and tennis and some sandals. Probably not for fancy or narrower shoes or styles but you could always try. The shipping went up with each pair which is the way it was today folks. But some sellers well give you a break on shipping because they combine the items but not this seller at least not this time. March 2014.
Great customer service

Update. The seller reached out and gave a full refund. These orthotics are very sturdy and may be a good fit for you
certainly worth a try.
Beware, these do not fit wide enough in the heel so they jab into my foot, very uncomfortable. I tried to return and it says they are not returnable. I wouldn't recommend trying them since you'll end up being out $39 if they don't work for you.

Great product but does have a breaking in period.

As the product states in the reviews. You have to start with the lowest one and you have to get used to them. My only issue was I sent two of the left side mediums in my package don't know if it happens to all of them. I skipped to the highest support after already using the lowest one for a couple of months. I walk at least 10k paces a day at work in boots. This really changed the my quality of life. They are big so if you do want to apply them to all your shoes get ready to buy a size bigger. But having plantar fasciitis I would definitely do it.
