Somehow they changed the size or this or it is a knock-off. This is exact model of an older one that I loved that I gave to an elderly friend in hospice. Ordered exact duplicate to replace for myself, but it's smaller, and nowhere near as comfortable.

This pillow arrived quickly. I used Bucky curved neck pillow last night after it arrived. I had to let some of the buckwheat out into a paper bag which I then sealed shut since I know from experience that you can use if Bucky is not as firm as you want. I had a great sound sleep and woke up feeling well rested and without any pain. I also like the color as well because I color my hair which leaves color on my pillow cases which makes them look unclean even though I wash my pillow cases. This should not show up with my hair color on it. ENJOY A GREAT NIGHTS SLEEP WITH BUCKY!!!

This pillow looks much like the ones you can buy in airports. The filling is buckwheat hulls, and the removable, washable cover is a velour type fabric. The pillow is smaller than many -- it doesn't hang down over your shoulders -- but it's supportive and comfortable. I bought this to use while sitting on my reclining couch, but it's small enough to be practical for travel as well. It includes a strap with snaps to attach it to your suitcase. It is not suitable for microwaving as a therapeutic pillow.

Not like the original Bucky U-Shaped pillow. Arrived without the travel bag as pictured. The neck area is very short and I have a thin neck. This will be for my 7 year old as I cannot use this pillow. There are a decent amount of hulls in the pillow. I wish it was like the original. Hopefully my original will be mailed to me soon as I left it out of state. Sigh. I miss it so much and this will not do.

This is the best neck pillow on the market. I give these as gifts to friends and family about to travel, and also give them to people in the hospital, who complain they're getting a stiff neck from lying in awkward pillow positions while in bed. I've been using this particular one for more than 15 years. I buy complementary ribbon and sew a strip on either side, where the "U" shape comes around right in the center. This allows you to tie the ends together in a bow under your chin area, keeping it in position during the night.
