Just like my physical therapist recommended and they have helped so much for my at home therapy. The hose is long enough to reach your back without having to have someone else help you apply them. Easy to clean and dry.

I really like this cupping set. It's enough cups and enough different sizes.
In product description it says "1 x Extension Tube (optional part)." and it does not ask whether you want it or not. I understood that it did not come in the set and I ordered one separately so now I have two. And on the extension tube, I find that it's long enough and good to use on other people for areas where the pump won't fit because of the angle of the cup or something like that. But not practical to use on our own body: it's very hard to take the extension tube off the cup, to use the extension tube again and put another cup on.
The manual is a joke and it says nothing about product care after use or anything like that, which I wish it would.
Also, I wish I could let the air back in the cups more gradually... the orange bits are a bit hard, but it's not really something concerns me because if I let too much air in, I just pump it again...
