If your living up north... these are for you - period.

I cannot tell you how much these have helped my husband and I this year. We live in Wisconsin and this year dealt with more ice than Yukon Cornelius's ice pick. The hubby fell and hurt himself. So, I looked these up - spent a little more and now have no idea how I've lived in Wisconsin this long without these. I was running on the ice.. seriously these are incredible and worth the money.
Love love the fact that they velcro and fit on most all shoes. Of course not dressy high heeled shoe's but who wears those in real life anyways :)
If your up 'Nort' you should have these in your winter arsenal. No joke.

Survive walking On the Ice

I am 9.5 size. Mediums about exact fit for work boots. Seems to be designed for boots but can be tightened down. Strap system about the best that can be done without getting too complicated. Stays on boots well. Bottom metal studs which look like screw heads can be replaced but will last a long time with casual non industrial use. I have walked over big sections of ice without slipping.
BEST solution for falls on ice

Super great product. I have bought 3 pair; plus, the additional replacement cleats. BUT ... on the latest order, I forgot to address SIZE. Aaagh! But, they were perfect for my wife. The replacement cleats made my old STABILicers look and work just like new. As an iceboater, I really need these. Also, skating down a black-ice driveway is no fun at age 77 years. Saving yourself from a fall is PRICELESS.
Easy to put on. Comfortable to walk on. After years of use, they look like new (once the worn and rusty cleats are replaced).
As you will notice in the attached photo, when I replaced the cleats I did two left foot vs. one left and one right. Easy mistake to fix.
