We use xylitol all the time. I am diabetic and it doesn't affect bloodsugar as much as sugar. It is a wood sugar and as so it is a 5 carbon sweetner as opossed to 6 carbon. Body can't process it the same. can't affort 200 lbs like I used to so this is a good buy.
