I've only used it once but I have no complaints. It seems to be good quality and arrived well packaged.

Very convenient way to get some xylitol. Tastes good, however I found that it doesn't exactly measure like sugar, I needed a bit more to get that sweetness. I detected a faint aftertaste, however, this was not enough to bother me.
Comes in the form of crystals, and an easy to open/easy to reseal bag. I have not had any problems with moisture getting in and causing clumping at all.
I found it does have somewhat of a laxative effect. This is also not at all bothersome to me..in fact, I tend to be constipated, and this actually brought about relief without harsh chemicals. So that was a plus for me.
I did have a shipping issue that was promptly resolved with the company. They are very responsive to emails. I did not detract from my rating at all from this. Glitches happen with the postal service sometimes. I don't believe it was a mistake on their end.
I will purchase again.

I make a lot of baked goods and ice cream with this. it's a higher quality brand from birch. no problems with it.

Good sugar substitute
Loving this! Very hard to find PURE BIRCH Xylitol.

Loving this! Very hard to find PURE BIRCH Xylitol. (You don't want it made from corn, particularly if you are ingesting it as a sugar substitute. Corn is worse than the cane sugar would be - both in terms of glucose-spikes, and with the added problem of increased inflammation within the body, not to mention that it is GMO-sourced unless certified otherwise.) So grateful for this company's commitment to integrity. We use it in our home-made toothpaste - as a way to naturally protect & strengthen the teeth. Our society has been taught that fluoride is safe, and it is actually extremely toxic. So we make our own fluoride-free toothpaste and use this in place of the fluoride to help prevent cavities. Excellent product, and nice subtle flavor as well. Thank you Morning Pep!
