Amplifies/does not clarify

The amplification is excellent, but the clarification is not, especially when the speakers are 'miked'. Sat in 1st row of a small theatre-could not understand more than half the dialogue-yet at the Ambassador Auditorium, a large symphony venue, I could hear clearly every word-they used hand held mikes.
They pull apart easily and I just find them a waste of money

These headsets work very well. However, they are cheaply made. I am on my third pair and I'm no young kid. They pull apart easily and I just find them a waste of money. I ordered the heavy duty pair, but they are not as clear as these. Overall, if you have hearing loss, you probably can't do much better.

These are a poor fit. Even with the band fully retracted they sit below your ears.
