I just prefer the Choc, this is my go to shake mix i have been drinking it for the last 3 yrs after completing the program. I still use it because i like it and its quite filling...40 oz blended in 2 cups Cashew milk with a peice of avacado and the balance water and 10 ice cubes.

These are great! I can make shakes (with lots of ice and some fruit) or just eat it as pudding if a blender is not available. Don't really like the vanilla on its own - but as a "black and white" (chocolate and vanilla combo) or with fruit, you can't beat it. And 220 calories of product fills you up and sustains you for hours.
