If you haven't tried this sauce, you should. So delicious and makes for a very easy weeknight dinner. Put on your favorite rice (might I recommend black rice?) and put some chickpeas on to simmer in this sauce while you wait for the rice to cook. I usually roast some broccoli on the side, but a quick salad or saute of kale/spinach would be a faster/easier addition. It's vegan & gluten free... without sacrificing any flavor.

This is the bomb.com. I wish I could find it in my local grocery store. I honestly think that this simmer sauce will be the reason why I rejoin Amazon Fresh. I was making curry for the first time and went out on a limb to purchase this item (never used it before). I wasn't sure what to expect but tossed it in the pot with my veggies, beans, and some coconut milk... it was superb! Not too spicy, not too salty, but with a really flavorful kick. My advice would be to leave out the milk if you want more spice, but to add it in if you'd like something more creamy and diluted but still bursting with flavor.

I used to buy this at William Sonoma at 14 dollars a jar and then they discontinued it. It was my family's favorite dish. So delicious and authentic. Then I found it on amazon, I was hesitant to order as I was afraid it would not be as good, so I ordered one jar. This is the original and still as good for an amazing price.
