Probably the best protein mix I've tried so far. Easily dissolves in cold water. If you prefer sour over sweet, this would be for you. This drink tastes similar to a Gatorade or Kool-Aid drink.

I was not expecting this to come as a liquid. I was expecting a powder. This is going to make traveling with this challenging if I don't want to check my bag. Putting that aside, when I mixed one packet with water it tasted like cough medicine. I won't be buying this again.
