Best solution I have found yet

So far, this has worked better than any hard plastic extensions I've tried. I have a concrete patio that was becoming discolored from water pouring out of a gutter all in one spot. The bendable plastic extensions all leaked. This product stays in place and directs the water away from the concrete patio into the yard. You do have to roll it up yourself after the rain. It doesn't bother me against the patio wall so I just leave it extended.

This is the worst product ever compared to other brands with wired structure down the sides and the sturdiness with the ability to roll back up (which that is what I though I was receiving). This product blows all over the place because its so light weight, unrolls half way no matter how hard it rains and does not roll back up on its own. Its just a plastic long plastic bag that holds water and you must release it yourself do to the fact that it does not unroll or re roll to its fullest.
...TOTAL waste of money

...TOTAL waste of money AND of course, they do not accept returns .......... inside of the plastic sleeve sticks to itself, so water is trap at the bottom of downspout while "Drain Away" blows up like a water balloon ......... had to shove hose turned on full-blast all the way into the downspout just to get water to trickle out ...... feeling 'ripped-off' >>> steer clear of this product
Our front door is dry again!

Before I installed this, we had water pooling up next to our front door. Now it drains away into the gutter.

Only four stars because the included twist tie is not enough to keep the drain away attached. I needed to use some waterproof tape to hold the edge in place and make sure that it didn't leak. Still, cost less than $15 all up, so I can't complain.
These work fine with a little addition.

These worked great for me. I used a 18 Inch long piece of 1 inch plastic pipe to roll up the extender. The pipe helps it unroll smoothly and makes rolling it back up super easy as you have handles on each side to roll it up. The plastic pipe sits neatly under the gutter when rolled up and holds the extender in place until it rains. For the price you can't find anything better. See photos.
