Absolutely loaded with salt and carbs but if that bothered you, you wouldn't be considering purchasing instant ramen, would you? Obvious nutritional deficiencies aside, California Vegetable has long been my favorite flavor and the hardest to find in stores - and I'm in California! One would think our very own flavor would be ubiquitous, but no! I'm afraid I've no words to do the flavor justice, I can only say it's a delightful flavor to my palate, even if it is a bit dehydrating given the salt. They're wonderfully cheap so just go on and give it a try!

Always good for a quick lunch not the best thing to eat consistently but if you're in a hurry it is light and not real heavy on the calories but there is a lot of salt. But you know there's a lot of salt when you buy it if salt doesn't affect you then it's okay.

Without a doubt, these are the best Ramen noodles. I don't know why they stop putting the pepper in them back in like 2009 but they are still very delicious. I add my own habanero powder or Carolina Reaper crushed pepper to them but it's not the same as when it came with that pepper in it. I just bought some more and if I keep living, I'm going to buy some more! Lol, they are great!

Used to find this locally in our city and haven't been able to find any grocery stores that carry it anymore. I wonder why? We use this product for camping trips and occasional lunch around the house. The texture of the noodles is nice and the cheese sauce is mild and thin...like a cheese soup.
