5 years later still going strong
KelliarApril 24, 2016
I've had this pressure washer for 5 years now and it's still chugging away when I need it to! I've had to perform 0 maintenance on this machine over the past 5 years, which I think is pretty amazing. I live in super humid, moldy florida, so this gets a lot of use. While I do get very good results with it (photo attached of pressure washing the walkway when we moved into this house), I can tell if I went with a more powerful model I would get even BETTER results, so I do kind of wish that I spent the extra 30 dollars for more power, but I do not regret buying a pressure washer in the least. It works great and has been very reliable. I've cleaned painted surfaces, vinyl siding, paving stones, patio furniture and cement, all with good results. Sometimes it doesn't want to turn on and I have to press the "test" "reset" buttons on the power cord to get it going, but then it always starts up fine after that. The hose connector on the back can be a bit of a pain to deal with, so for a couple dollars we ordered a brass double female swivel connector (pic attached of this as well of it on my machine) and it makes attaching and detaching a hose much easier. I'd say if you do a TON of pressure washing like I do, I'd spend a bit more on something more powerful, but I still would overall recommend this particular model as it does work quite well and I've had no issues with it in all the years I've been using it.
Astounding customer service!

The first time I used my powerwasher it broke immediately. I was rather disappointed and called customer service. Their service truly blew my mind, hence the five star rating. I called and a PERSON picked up the phone. I told them my issue, and we troubleshooted it for a few minutes. Their factory turned out to be about 5 miles from my house. The guy on the phone told me to come down, and he would give me a new one. Sure enough, I drove directly to the factory, and the guy was there with a brand new one that works great! Couldn't be happier.

The washer is light and easy to carry while spraying. It gets plenty of power. I used the detergent nozzle with some car wash/wax and my car comes out looking gorgeous! Only downside was the reliability, but their service more than makes up for that!
Small powerful, gets the job done. breaks easily. updated 3/28/2017

SO MUCH better than gas. SO much quieter than gas. Clean up is simple. Don't have to worry about gasoline. Has worked well for me so far. I would rec this over GAS any day, twice on Sunday.

Only drawback is 1600 PSI. Which is fine for my work, cleaning off porch, cleaning off paint off concrete, even firecracker marks off driveway. My Gas was 2200 PSI.

OF NOTE, when the water is not spraying. The motor shuts off completely, at first I thought it was broken, expecting a constant pressurization sound of the compressor. Love the lack of extra noise!

Best feature is light weight and small. Doesn't take up a car space in the garage.

it stopped working. i've used it about 6-7 times over the last 1.5 years. not very often as you can see. nothing happens when i plug it in. the circuit breaker on the power cord is hard to understand and use. this is waste of plastics and carbon emissions to only last 6-7 uses or so.
Grime be gone

We use this to power wash our concrete patio a couple times a year, when it gets grimy. It's just shy of 400 square feet and takes about 2 and a half hours to do with this. The wand is adjustable from a needle spray to a fan spray that's maybe 45-60 degrees wide. We set it in the middle and that strips 3-4 inches at a time. It's easy to see where you've been, so you just go back and forth a section at a time. The pressure is perfect for taking off the grime without damaging the concrete.

The wand has a trigger and the unit only runs when you pull that trigger. Our only complaint is there is NO trigger lock and your hand gets tired after a bit. We use a couple wire ties to lock it in place for the big jobs.
There was nothing wrong with the unit and it seems like a good product

I ordered this and had to send it back. There was nothing wrong with the unit and it seems like a good product. However, you should be aware that even tho it says 1.58GPM you must have at least 4GPM for it to work properly. I had to go through a few weeks of testing with AR Blue to find this out. However, any problem I called AR Blue with was address and they even sent me a part to try to get it to work. I would say this is a very good company to deal with. Just be aware of the GMP requirements.
