I bought this because my initial research suggested I3C was just as critical to have as DIM. However, most recent research tells me that I3C turns to DIM in the body, so I wonder if it has any effect to put I3C in there. I certainly didn't noticed any difference over my original DIM-only supplement. I don't think I will continue this product once I finish this bottle because I don't think the extra expense is worth it. Maybe future research will change my opinion, but for now, I think DIM is the really important compound.
