Good multipurpose speaker cloth

I got this to recover the rear deck in Volvo after a stereo install rather than do a bunch of fiberglass work that honestly was not needed, I just wanted a clean look and being acoustically transparent, this fit the bill. I have no doubt for its intended purpose, it would be stellar. I am very happy, the price is right and the material itself is thick and sturdy while still supple and reasonably stretchy. This was third party buy from Partsexpress, which if you are probably familiar with if you are looking at this product anyway. Fast delivery.

We used this to hide our organ speakers in the church sanctuary. I was hoping that light would not show through, and that we did not have to paint the chambers behind the cloth black.
This worked beautifully! No light comes through from behind and we left the chambers their natural wood color..

beware of possible allergic reaction

Was highly allergic to this product. Symptons were similar to those with cat allergies (although I don't have cat allergies). The cloth seemed decent, but chemicals or loose fibers in the product caused a nasty reaction and very quickly after handling it. (puffy/sore/itchy eyes, scratchy throat, sneezing, etc.) Just something to be aware of. Is possible I received a cheaper, lesser product. Nonetheless, the company was agreeable and helpful for a full refund.

Bought this to make a sound grill enclosure. Perfect material. Just enough stretch to make it easy to achieve wrinkle-free appearance.
Color and density are perfect also. Plus is that this fabric will also allow RF signals to pass unattenuated.
