A great product for making Porcini Tagliatelle!
Jll•June 24, 2017
I bought this to make porcini tagliatelle after making it in Italy in a cooking class. This is a large bag of the dried porcini mushrooms so I will be able to make the recipe many times. They were delicious after prepping them for the recipe! I am very happy with the purchase.

Finally - Fabulous and Affordable

I use dried porcini mushrooms in many dishes and found that the cost continues to rise and the quality decline. I prefer the Italian dried porcini over the domestic for taste, appearance and size. I have now found a resource that I will always use and recommend. The mushrooms are large, flavorful and the cost is, as far as porcini go - affordable. I highly recommend this product.
YUM! We love porcini! These will last a long time, but will buy again when we run out!

I use these in cooking all the time! :) I usually grind them to a powder, but should you be interested. These are really good looking mushrooms that are dried and still in good sized pieces. I was concerned that ordering by mail, the mushrooms might be very broken and arrive with a lot of dust. (but that didn't really matter because I usually grind them up...so I purchased them) There are bits as small as 1cm, but that's not the norm. These are expensive, but a good value as far as porcinis go. :) I will buy more when I run out. :)
