I buy this a lot. If you're trying to eat less white flour, this is a decent option. I mix it all and form 2 balls which makes 2 small-med size pizzas on cookie sheets. It's a little sticky but it turns out ok. Be sure to prebake just a liitle, 5 min or so. Then do toppings and cheese and bake in super hot oven.

10/10 I buy this too often. I make Gf pizza and calzones with it. My fiancé can eat gluten but I have celiac disease. He still loves this crust and always asks for me to make calzones with it. I will put his review of it since he can eat gluten: says it is the closest Gf crust to having the same texture and taste as gluten containing pizza crust

I found a chocolate chip cookie recipe that called for gluten free bread flour. I couldn't find any so used this. The cookies were had an amazing texture and supported the regular gluten free flour to make cookies that were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!
