I am kind of new to making pizzas and so I'm trying gluten-free because I can't be sensitive to gluten and anything that helps with inflammation is good. This had a lot of great reviews and I will say it's tasty but next time I will roll it out thinner. I tried the red mill one after and that was good too. I would say this one had maybe a little more flavor to it. Pretty easy mix, just make sure you cook the crust a little first and roll it out (with a sheet of plastic on top or maybe parchment) if it's not too gooey Practice makes perfect

Made this and cooked it on my Traeger pellet grill which added a little smoky flavor.
It was a little tricky to make the first time nut just follow the directions and it will turn out great.
